Protecting Slab penetrations


TERM-seal penetration protection can protect any size penetration through concrete slabs, regardless of size or shape.

Our plastic collars fit 40mm, 50mm, 65mm 80mm or 100mm DVW pipes.

All other odd size penetrations and pipe clusters are treated using void former that is removed after concrete is poured and TERM-seal Sealant Passive or TERM-seal Active Sealant is used to fill the void, forming a termite and waterproof seal to the penetration

When a slab penetration has not been protected during the pour stage, TERM-seal Sealant Passive or TERM-seal Sealant Ative can be installed

Simply chip out concrete around penetration to be protected, clean, prime and apply the sealant
