The use of all our Systems is conditional on Compliance with the Codemark Certificate and the respective Installation Manual.
We are just reminding all our loyal Installers on this occasion of the correct combination of products when installing products on building perimeter,
→ Term-seal Sealant Active is to be used under installations of PRM Cord and Capping strip.
→ Term-seal Termite-resistant Adhesive should be used under installations of Term-seal Ura-fen Shield.
Both Sealant Active and Termite-resistant adhesive contain bifenthrin so this will prevent termite penetration between the sheet materials and the concrete/masonry surface in the unlikely event that there is an unevenness to the surface.

Be aware that our Installation Manuals are dynamic documents and as such are regularly updated to meet industry needs. Building techniques are continually evolving and so we encourage Installers to put forward new Installation methods so they can be reviewed and added to the Manual.
The Codemark Certificate is reviewed annually so there is an opportunity to have new methods/techniques include in the Manual(s).
Certifiers are paying more attention these days to check the Installation method/s complies with the Manual and therefore the Certificate.
