TERMSEAL™ Termite-Pro Perimeter Retreatment System

The Termite-Pro Perimeter Retreatment System is the latest system from TERMSEAL AUSTRALIA and can be integrated with our other systems to provide comprehensive termite protection to both new buildings and renovations or additions to existing buildings across Australia. We can customize a solution for your situation.

The system has been independently tested and verified to comply with AS 3660.1-2014 Termite Management: Part 1-New building work, and approved with a CodeMark Certificate of Conformity, CM 40277. The System should, therefore, be used in conjunction with concrete slabs which comply with AS2870 or AS3600.

Ura-Fen Major is a two-component Polyurethane settable foam specially engineered for use in building situations to fill gaps, fissures, and cavities. Initially dispensed as a two-part liquid, TERMSEAL™ Ura-Fen Major undergoes an exothermic reaction to create a settable, Termite resistant and waterproof barrier. Combine with TERM-seal™ PRM Active, TERM-seal™ Sealant Active and
TERM-seal™ Multi-Purpose Active for the perfect full block barrier and cavity filler below the damp-course.

TERMSEAL™ Ura-Fen Shield TWB (Tri-Layer Sheet Barrier)

Ura-Fen Shield TWB is a triple layer sheet barrier used to form a continuous moisture proof and termite resistant barrier around the cavity perimeter and construction joints of new slab-on-ground structures. Use as a Termite/Damp-Coarse barrier combination for installation across cavities, or as a termite/vapour barrier combination for full under-slab installation.

TERMSEAL™ PRM Active Cord & Capping Strip

PRM Active (poly reinforced membrane) is a specialised termite and moisture proof sheeting and doubles as a damp course over masonry. TERM-seal™ PRM Active, when used in conjunction with TERM-seal™ Ura-Fen Major, TERM-seal™ Multi-Purpose Active, and TERM-seal™ Sealant Active will form a full and continuous physical termite barrier and damp course around perimeter cavities for all types of construction. TERM-seal™ PRM Active used with TERM-seal™ Multi-Purpose Active and TERM-seal™ Sealant Active provides masonry cord protection or ant capping in bearer & joist construction.

TERMSEAL™ Penetration Collars

TERM-seal™ Penetration Collars provide a termite and moisture-proof seal where concrete slabs have been penetrated to accommodate services. Available to fit diameters 40, 50, 65, 80 and 100mm pipes, TERM-seal™ Penetration Collars are installed in conjunction with TERM-seal™ Sealant Active to seal off concealed access for termites.

Where a rigid collar is not able to be used due to slab and/or construction design, we have developed the PRM soft annular collar that meet and exceed the Australian Standard 3660.1 – 2014. Available in 40 electrical, 40 water, 50, 65,80 and 100mm sizes.

In some instances a concreter will pour the slab without any termite protection, we have a solution for these problem jobs also – TERM-seal™ Sealant Active.

TERMSEAL™ Soft Annular Collars

Various regions of Australia require the drainage network of a structure to be water tested by the plumber for council approval. In these situations, the caps are glued on by the plumber making the installation of rigid collars impossible.

There are also other situations such as plumbing pipes placed adjacent to formwork, a cluster of pipe penetrations or odd-sized conduits.

Furthermore, the Australian Standard 3660.1-2014 requires a slab penetration collar to have a minimum annular width of 15 mm.

For the treatment of slab penetrations in these situations, TERMSEAL AUSTRALIA has developed our TERM-seal™ Soft Annular Collars, a range of pre-made collars available for 40mm (water), 40mm (elect), 50mm, 65mm, 80mm, and 100mm pipe penetrations sizes.

TERM-seal™ EZY-Collars provide a termite and moisture-proof seal where concrete slabs have been penetrated to accommodate services and are complimentary to our rigid TERM-seal™ Penetration Collars. Available to fit 100mm pipes initially, with 80mm and 50mm to follow.

TERM-seal™ EZY-Collars are installed in conjunction with TERM-seal™ Sealant Active to prevent concealed access for termites and creates a waterproof gasket.

TERM-seal™ Multi-Purpose Active is a highly engineered, acrylic polymer-based liquid which upon curing forms a seamless, flexible, termite resistant and waterproof membrane. Applied by brush, roller or heavy-duty airless spray gun, applications include wall backfills, internal walls, internal wet areas, construction joints, step downs & cavities.

TERM-Seal Ura-Fen Shield Termite and Waterproofing Barrier 100mm is a versatile product used as an alternative to traditional expansion joint or space filler strip materials.

It is designed to isolate dissimilar construction materials like concrete slabs and tilt-up panels, providing termite and waterproofing protection. The product is a tri-layer chemical sheet that kills and repels termites, lasts the building's lifetime, and complies with Australian Standard 3660.1.

It is CodeMark Certified, APVMA Registered, 100% Australian-made, and easy to install, saving time and money. The 100mm wide strip is available in a 25m roll and can be used for both pre-construction and post-construction projects.
